Nach der Installation eines bestimmten addon cockpits für den Ferrari hatte ich auch mal so einen Mist. War da nicht was mit rotem Tacho bei Dir ?
Ein anderes mal, als ich so oft CTD, oder discos und bluescreens hatte war es am Ende ein Hardwarefehler ( Kondensatoren auf dem Motherboard)
Würde es nicht Sinn machen das System auch mal Hardware mäßig untersuchen zu lassen ?

Now i have to stretch forward to type, and that is really not an optimal solution.
Any consequences Wolfgang? Its seems that bad luck is hunting me. Speed was certainly there, but keeping up the concentration for 75 laps is very hard. It was already an achievement for me to drive 35 laps consequently without any misttakes.
Also i was surprised that the race was yesterday. Really thougtht it would be next week.
Anyway, a good preparation is crucial, and it shows. Sadly i could have easily won this race..........COULD......= david coulthard
anyway your consistency was impressive wolfgang. Again no misstakes!
Also thnx for all lappers, didnt had any problems with overlapping. Nice mirroring!

The wall at the pit entry is belonging to the track. You can use Your race shiftR without any consequences ! I didnt saw that You used it a second time on the track, so everything is ok !?
Concentration for 75 laps ??? How old are You ? What are You doing for Your fitness as a worksdriver in the Skuderia Ferrari ???
I'm working the whole day in my (atm) very intensive Job, got a family ,a dog and my Ducati and do some little administration here at RSL if i dont edit soundsets for GPL

Hm, ich habe das Problem auch in Monaco gehabt.
Aus dem Grund habe ich kurz vor dem Rennen den 65'er Mod (V2) komplett neu drüber installiert und nichts daran gemacht.
Es war jedoch schlimmer als in Monaco, wo ich erst im Rennen den CTD hatte. Vorher war nie so was vorgekommen
Alles andere an Software läuft problemlos. Auch GPL offline ohne Probleme.
Ich teste mal bei Gelegenheit, ob es nur mit den 65'er ist oder GPL generell so reagiert.
Eine Möglichkeit könnte ich mir wage vorstellen. Mein Zweitrechner, der 700'er, mit dem ich e-mail, bittorent, downloads mache und meine "eigenen Dateien" drauf habe, ist gestern mit Bluescreen gestartet. AntiVir ist da der Übeltäter gewesen (avipbb.sys) und den AntiVir habe ich auch auf dem Spielerechner. Beim Updaten bei meinem Vater am Notebook hat AntiVir ebenfalls Mucken gemacht. Ob das den CTD bei GPL verursacht haben könnte? Der fällt zumindest mal zu einem Testrennen!
Auf jedem Fall teste ich mein System mal mit nem Benchmark ein-zwei Stunden auf Anschlag.

hast du das problem nur bei internetanwendungen?
Du koenntest mal folgendes probieren um rauszufinden ob sich ein WORM, oder virus genestelt hat der deine bandbreite ein wenig abfrisst.
Hab zwar die englische XP version, oder die kommandos sind gleich.
START
RUN
schreib rein: CMD
in das DOS fenster schreibe rein:
NETSTAT
das sind alle verknuepfungen die du auf diesem moment hast online. Normalerweise duerfte hier nichts stehen, es sei den du hast internet, msn anstehen.
Falls da was ist, und es kommen dir einige dinge spanisch vor check mal in deinem TASKMANAGER.
Ueberpruefe ob da programme laufen die du nicht kennst.

this was my 1st flying start. it looked like this.
cars in front accelerated hard 2 corners before start. midfield cars followed them at racing speed. there we are exiting last turn at racing speed and than everyone brakes hard couple hundred meters before s/f line
2 cars ahead of me collided, i clipped them and some others behind crashed too.
is this usual way to do flying start here? or did someone screw up?
couple laps later had mautor attack. later had a bit of a race with mondragon until i lost him after couple of spins. than fell to sleep until volmerding appeared close ahead. caught him but spun again few laps b4 finish. these 65 cars really invite you to overdrive until spinning.
mybe ill improve with 65s till next year :)

The hard stop on start was caused by Jeroen who brake hard on the line not to lose his position... Not the best idea he could have had in fact....

i didnt brake hard only gently, tried to create a small gap cause of the flying start. YOu were quite close , but i didnt realize that everybody was impacted for it. Sorry for doing so! . However, during the warmup lap everybody should have a certain distance , or maybe position himself in the same line as the raceleader.
Maybe to rule those kind of things out to change the rules a bit?
Line up next to eachother during a rolling start? INstead of getting very close to the polesitter?

This action with reduce speed just before the line looks nice, but kill 5 (half field) drivers at the end of the field.
